Our Services

We provide brand design services including logos, brand identity, guidelines, and related design work.

How We Work

Getting Started

• We'll discuss your project and provide a quote

• Projects typically start within 30 days

• We'll agree on timeline and deliverables upfront

During Your Project

• We'll create initial concepts based on our discussions

• You'll have specified revision rounds included in your package

• Additional revisions are $1000 USD per round

• You'll need to provide feedback promptly to stay on schedule

Payment

• All prices are in USD

• 50% of payment is due upfront to book your project into our schedule

• Final payment is due before the final hand-off stage prior to delivery

• No refunds once we've started work

• Additional services will be quoted separately

What You Own

Your Designs

Once you've paid in full, you own the final designs we create specifically for your project.

What We Keep

• We can show your project in our portfolio

• Our design process and methods remain ours

• Stock photos or fonts may have separate licenses

Limitations

What We're Responsible For

• Delivering quality work on time

• Following our agreed project scope

• Keeping your project information confidential

What We're Not Responsible For

• How successful your business becomes

• Technical problems with third-party services

• Results beyond our direct design work

If Things Go Wrong

If there's a problem, let's talk first. Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the project. But we are committed to resolving issues which are within our remit.
