Frequently asked questions

Frequently would be an overstatement, but occasionally they come up.
Plus a few more we threw in to help you make a decision.

  • Both. We work with ambitious businesses at any stage—scrappy startups with big dreams, established companies ready to evolve, and everyone in between. What matters isn't your size, it's your vision.

  • Founders and leaders in the wellness space who get it. They understand that brand isn't just about looking pretty — it's about driving real business results. They're willing to invest in doing it right the first time instead of patching together DIY solutions.

  • How much ya got? Just kidding.

We have a minimum engagement fee of $25,000 USD. But honestly, if you're shopping purely on price, we're probably not the right fit. We're not the cheapest option—we're the "wish I'd done this sooner" option.

  • Absolutely. Great partnerships transcend geography. We've worked with clients across continents, and thanks to modern tech (and our ability to stay up late), distance isn't an issue.

  • The DHARMA process takes 6 weeks. We don't rush good work, and we don't drag projects out unnecessarily. We always give a clear timeline, realistic expectations, and deliver on schedule. Of course, if your goldfish dies and you need time to grieve before sending feedback we totally understand.

  • Then we figure out why and fix it. That's why we have 2X revision rounds in every stage. We're not prima-donnas precious about our work — we're committed to getting it right for you and your business. Selfishly, we want you to be so freaking happy with the work that you’ll rave about us.

  • If you’re in the wellness space then yes! If you’re not, we’re still up for a chat.

  • We've done the big agency thing and chose to build something better. No junior designers learning on your project. No account managers playing telephone. Just senior-level talent who actually care about your success, not just our portfolio.

We also live and breathe the wellness space so we’re in the trenches with you.

  • Yes, 50% upfront to book the project in, and 50% before the final hand off phase. Simple, easy to remember, keeps everyone happy. We don’t need to reinvent the wheel with this stuff.
